How do verification credits work?

When your monthly plan quota is used, checks draw from purchased credits. 1 credit equals R13,50 (a single ID verification). Premium services cost more credits in proportion to their price. Buy credit packs from /credits via Yoco checkout.

What happens when the free trial limit is reached?

Verification searches pause until you upgrade. Individual users start with 5 trial checks and tenant workspaces start with 10 shared trial checks.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Workspace owners can move between Explorer, Brave, and Kings packages from billing when usage or service requirements change. Enterprise plans with unlimited usage are arranged via our sales team.

Which plan includes criminal record and document fraud checks?

Brave includes SAPS criminal record checks and document authenticity screening. Kings includes all available services with up to 2,000 verification searches per month. Enterprise offers unlimited searches and custom billing — contact sales.
